What will it take for Pakistan to realize its potential before it completes a century of independence? Is the country’s greatest challenge a lack of resources, or a reluctance to confront difficult truths about itself?

Join us for the launch of “100: Hundred Things Pakistan Needs To Do Before Turning 100,” a thought-provoking new book by Shah Rukh Nadeem, Pakistan’s premier BookTuber, bibliophile and author. Rather than offering easy solutions or waiting for extraordinary leaders, the book presents one hundred bold interventions aimed at transforming Pakistan’s economy, institutions, social fabric, and collective mindset. It is both a critique of the present and a call to civic responsibility, intellectual honesty and national renewal.

In conversation with writer, bibliophile and mental health and reading advocate Samiya M. Khan, the author will discuss the ideas behind the book, the role of reading and critical thinking in shaping societies, and what it might take for Pakistan to become a just, prosperous and self-aware nation.
